The Award Scheme
The Royal Life Saving Award Scheme has several learning strands which flow progressively from one award to the next.
Participation across the strands is encouraged and many schools have taken the opportunity to teach their students across the continuum of well respected programs and awards.
Key training and education programs taught in schools include Resuscitation and Emergency Care, First Aid, Swim and Survive, Water Smart, Bronze Rescue and Advanced Lifesaving.
